This home featured a full basement utilizing Insulated Concrete Forms. It featured single level living. Insulation consisted of Sprayed in Cellulose Insulation. It featured locally milled trim, cabinets and flooring.

  • Exterior Walls/ Insulation:

    2”x 6” wall studs placed 24” O.C. with blown-in cellulose. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) in basement wall, blown in fiberglass in ceiling.

  • Heating/Cooling/Hot Water System:

    Natural Gas, 2 Zone Air Handler Variable Speed and Variable Heat. Natural Gas direct vent hot water heater. No A/C was used in this house as it was designed to take advantage of the Passive/Solar orientation. This unit had a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV). This home featured a hot water recirculation system to provide instant hot water to all fixtures if the customer chose to do this.

  • Flooring and Trim:

    Locally milled knotty pine trim, 4”wide natural cherry flooring and carpet.

  • Roofing:

    Architectural Grade 30 Year Asphalt Composition Roof
